Salt & Steam Coffee is a celebration of movement, ritual, and the simple joy of a great cup of coffee, wherever you happen to be.
Our story began on the rugged Atlantic coast of the West of Ireland, a place where days start with cold sea swims, surfboards lean against camper vans, and steam rises from mugs in salty morning air. Out here, life moves to the rhythm of the tide. People don’t just visit nature, they live in it. And in those quiet moments between waves and wind, coffee isn’t just caffeine. It’s a pause. A reset. A small moment of warmth in a wild world.
We built Salt & Steam for people who value those moments.
Our Mission - Coffee Without Boundaries
We kept running into the same problem. Whether we were parked by the coast, hiking into the hills, or travelling for work, good coffee was always hard to find. It was either instant, expensive, or locked behind a café counter and a long queue.
We didn’t want to give up real espresso just because we were on the move. And we didn’t believe freedom should come with lower standards.
So we searched for something better, a way to make rich, barista-level coffee anywhere, without plugs, bulky machines, or noisy equipment. When we found a system powerful enough to deliver true espresso pressure in a compact, battery-powered design, Salt & Steam Coffee was born.
